WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR CAPAZ-MEX?

Any person who, for any reason, does not have health insurance. This includes, but is not limited to anyone who:

  • Is disabled
  • Is unemployed
  • Works part-time
  • Works seasonally
  • Has no benefits at work
  • Cannot afford benefits at work
  • Canadian Winter Visitors
  • Has preexisting conditions
  • Does not qualify for AHCCCS
  • Was cut from AHCCCS
  • Cannot afford health insurance
  • Has uninsured family members

Primary Care Visit rates are based on the San Luis Walk-In Clinic, Inc. rates for CAPAZ-MEX members. Other Specialty Care, Urgent Care, and Internal Medicine clinics also offer Primary Care services, but may charge a different rate.

The $90/$65 Specialty Care Visit rate is based on a regular length visit. Longer or more complicated visits might cost a little more.
